Ingrid is a fashion, advertising & portrait photographer, creative director, director and short film maker. A creative who creates a wonderland of her own. Known fondly as the "Queen Of Colour" Ingrid's expressive use and love of colour has become synonymous with her style of work. Her distinct visionary style of colourful, bold storytelling and whimsical imagery has appeared on magazine covers, editorials and advertising campaigns for clients globally. Her recent achievements include being selected as one of nine photographers chosen by the World-renowned Art and Design and History Museum, The Schleswig-Holstein State Museum in Schloss Gottorf to participate in a humanitarian project for Saatkultur* representing the creative art of Photography and an exhibition in Paris at the VEEPEE contemporary Art Gallery. Ingrid is based in Europe and Cape Town South Africa.
Ingrid has worked with agencies and clients including including, J. Walter Thomson - Singapore, The De Beers Group, Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, ESPN Africa, Unilever International, African Fashion International, Fashion Without Borders, Universal Music Group, Force 1 Records. Ingrid's campaigns have included the likes of LUX, Ariel, Weleda - Germany, Fabiani, RITUALS - Holland and Tanquery Gin.
Ingrid’s love for portraiture has seen her photograph talent such as Minnie Dlamini, Jessica Nkosi, Mel Bala, Sylvester Chauke and Mafikizolo.
